How to Order

1. Type the word you want to use. 2 to 8 letters and no spaces are allowed. (Ampersand "& " is also available.)
2. Click Submit.
3. On the page that opens next, you'll see a row of boxes (in the same order as the letters you typed) that read "Click Here to Select". Click on one of the boxes to see the available pictures you can choose.
4. Click the picture you want to use. The picture you selected replaces "Click Here to Select".
5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 until you've selected pictures for all of the letters in your word. Then click Next Step.
6. Choose the color of matting you would like. You can preview what the matting will look like by clicking the View button. Click Continue.
7. Choose the type of frame you would like and then click Proceed to Confirmation.
8. A preview of your purchase and confirmation of your selections displays along with the price, including U.S. and Canada shipping. Click Purchase.
9. Fill in the shipping, billing and credit card information.
10. Click Submit Order.

You're done! The picture will be mailed to you ready to hang.

The price is the same regardless of how many letters you order. The only difference in price is the type of frame you select. If you would like something special (gift wrap, card, rush mailing, etc) please contact us and we will try to fulfill your request.
